【摘要】 在中国大学发展过程中,有过中、西学之争,一段时间又受到苏联模式的影响,虽然关注启蒙和救亡,关心民族前途,但是在膜拜西学过程中,文化自信心逐渐丧失,文化自信之自觉养成缺乏历史的理性积淀与现实的动力基础。在全球化激荡的和平年代,自觉打造成文化自信的养成阵地,是中国大学改革与发展的时代使命。但在现实中,我国大学没有自觉切中时代发展主题。当前,大学教育改革要站在超越文化内卷化的历史高度,努力办有独特文化的大学,大力推进世情、国情教育,以中国梦教育培养大学的社会主义精气神,使高校成为中国特色社会主义文化自信的培育基地,进而为全社会的文化自觉提供思想基础与力量保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of university development in China,there have been disputes between Chinese and western learning,and it has been influenced by the Soviet model for a period of time.Although it paid attention to enlightenment and salvation as well as cared for the future of the nation,in the process worshipping western learning,cultural confidence was obviously insufficient,and self cultivation of cultural confidence lacked historical rational accumulation and realistic power base.In a turbulent peaceful era of globalization,consciously building bases of nurture for cultural confidence should be one of the missions of university reform and development in China.But in reality,higher education in our country is not relevant to theme of times development.At present,the reform of higher education asks administrations to run universities with unique culture from a historical height beyond cultural involution,vigorously promoting world situation education and national conditions education as well as cultivating the socialist spirit of the university with Chinese dream education.As a consequence,colleges and universities would become cultivation bases of socialist cultural confidence with Chinese characteristics,providing ideological basis and strength guarantee for the cultural consciousness of the whole society.更多还原
