【摘要】 目的:了解老年人对"互联网+"城市医养一体化居家养老服务的需求情况。方法:随机抽取保定市莲池区63名老年人为研究对象,采用简易智力测试量表、一般人口学问卷和"互联网+医养结合"居家养老服务需求问卷对其进行调查。结果:老年人对"互联网+医养一体化"居家养老模式总需求标准化得分为74.89%,处于较高的水平。对医疗卫生服务需求最高,其中,排在前3位的是紧急救援(100%)、健康体检(98.4%)和医疗康复(98.4%)。而家政服务需求最低。结论:老年人对医养一体化居家养老服务模式有较高的需求,在满足其医疗卫生服务需求的同时,满足其在日常照顾、精神慰藉、维权、利于身心健康等多方面的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The paper studies the demands for the "internet plus"home-based medicalnursing combined services for the elderly. Methods: By convenience sampling,a total of 63 elders were enrolled on the questionnaire survey. Results: Among the 63 elders,the demand rate for "internet plus"homebased medical-nursing combined service was 74. 89%. The demand for medical service is the highest,such as emergency rescue( 100%),physical examination( 98. 4%) and medical rehabilitation( 98. 4%). Whereas the demand for household service is the lowest. Conclusion: The demand rate for "internet plus"home-based medical-nursing combined service among elders is high. Practitioners should meet the needs of its medical services,daily care,spiritual consolation,rights protection and health benefits.更多还原
