【摘要】 介绍了国外环保橡胶油的类型和生产现状,综述了国内环保橡胶油的生产工艺,主要有简单溶剂精制、复配溶剂精制以及加氢处理-溶剂精制联合工艺,其中,简单溶剂精制主要利用糠醛等极性溶剂进行抽提,具有简单易操作的特点,但产品收率不高;复配溶剂精制是通过选用2种或2种以上溶剂进行精制的方法,分离效果大幅度提高,但操作费用也会有所增加;加氢处理-溶剂精制联合工艺利用了2种处理技术的特点,能够较好地脱除原料油中的多环芳烃。更多还原

【Abstract】 The type and status of production of environmental friendly rubber oil at abroad were introduced,the main production technology of environmental friendly rubber oil in China were reviewed with 29 references. At present,the main technology involved simple solvents refining,mixed solvents process and hydrorefining-solvent refining process.Extraction was made mainly by simple solvent refining with furfural and other polar solvents,the method was simple and easy to operate,but the product yield was not high. For mixed solvent refining process,the effect of separation was greatly enhanced with two or more solvents to refine,but the operating costs increased. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were removed from feedstock oil by hydrorefining-solvent refining process.更多还原
