耐油密封橡胶防老剂的合成与应用

【摘要】 通过硅烷偶联剂与对氨基二苯胺反应合成了2种耐油密封橡胶防老剂,并将2种防老剂改性白炭黑分别添加于丁腈橡胶(NBR)中,研究了NBR硫化胶的物理机械性能和耐老化性能,并与防老剂4020和偶联剂KH 550进行了对比。结果表明,2种防老剂的偶联效果与偶联剂KH 550相当,添加2种防老剂的NBR硫化胶的耐热空气老化和耐热油老化性能均优于添加防老剂4020的NBR硫化胶;经防老剂改性的白炭黑在橡胶基体中分散均匀。

【Abstract】 Two kinds of seal oil resistance rubber antioxidant were synthesized through the reaction of silane coupling agent and p-aminodiphenylamine,and silica modified with the two kinds of antioxidants was added into nitrile rubber(NBR).The mechanical properties and aging resistance of NBR vulcanizates were studied and compared with those of NBR vulcanizates filled with antioxidant 4020 and KH 550.The results showed that the coupling effects of the two kinds of antioxidant were equivalent to that of KH 550.The thermal air aging resistance and heat oil aging resistance of NBR vulcanizates with antioxidant A and B were superior to those of NBR vulcanizates with antioxidant 4020.The silica modified with antioxidant dispersed uniformly in rubber matrix.
