【摘要】 目的探讨顺铂与奥沙利铂联用与单独使用培美曲塞对治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的效果。方法接受治疗的晚期NSCLC患者为观察对象,根据其化疗药物使用情况分为观察组和对照组。观察2组患者治疗效果,比较2组患者毒副作用发生率、肿瘤标志物水平和生活质量的差异。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者肿瘤标志物水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者各项肿瘤标志物水平较治疗前均降低,且观察组降低更明显;观察组血液系统毒性发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而消化道毒性发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而2组患者肝、肾功能损害发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者生活质量得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论顺铂与奥沙利铂联用对晚期NSCLC有较好的治疗效果,虽血液系统毒性发生率高,但消化道毒性发生率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and compare the therapeutic effects of cisplatin combined with oxaliplatin and single pemetrexed on advanced non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC). Methods The patients with advanced NSCLC who were treated in our hospital from February 2013 to October 2015 were enrolled in the study. According to the administration of chemotherapeutics,these patients were divided into observation group and control group. The therapeutic effects,incidence rates of toxic and side effects,tumor markers levels and life quality of patients were observed and compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 97. 5%,which was significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). Before treatment there were no significant differences in the levels of tumor markers between two groups( P >0. 05),however,the levels of tumor markers in both groups were decreased,as compared with those before treatment,moreover,the decrease extent in observation group was more obvious than that in control group. The incidence rate of hematological system toxicity in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group,however,the incidence rate of digestive tract toxicity was obviously lower than that in control group,but there were no significant differences in the incidence rates of liver and kidney function injury between two groups( P > 0. 05),moreover,there were no significant differences in the life quality scores between two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The cisplatin combined with oxaliplatin has better therapeutic effects on advanced NSCLC,although incidence rate of hematological toxicity is higher,the incidence rate of digestion tract toxicity is lower.更多还原
