【摘要】 目的通过对某三甲医院骨科意外伤害住院患者总住院费用的分析,了解意外伤害住院费用的影响因素,并引起大众对意外伤害的重视。方法调查2014年全年某市某三甲医院骨科意外伤害住院患者共1060例,住院费用描述采用中位数,离散程度采用四分位数间距表示,组间检验使用Kruskal-Wallis检验。影响意外伤害住院患者的住院费用的多因素分析采用多重线性回归分析。结果单因素分析显示年龄、婚姻状况、医疗保险状况、意外伤害原因、意外受伤部位、意外伤害程度、住院天数是影响意外伤害的住院费用。多因素分析结果显示,婚姻状况、受伤原因、受伤部位、住院天数与住院费用有关。结论意外伤害造成的直接经济负担较重,影响住院费用的主要因素有受伤原因、部位和住院天数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In this study,a third rate hospital orthopedic total hospitalization expenses with accident injuries was analyzed,the influence factors of hospitalization expenses on accident injuries was acquainted,the attention for accident injuries will be focused for the public.Methods 1060 cases of hospitalized patients with orthopaedic accident injuries were surveyed throughout the 2014,hospitalization expenses were described by median,discrete degree was expressed by interquartile range,interblock-test was checked by Kruskal Wallis-test.Multiple linear regression analysis was applied on multiple-factor analysis on the accident injuries hospitalization expenses.Results Single factor analysis showed that accident injuries hospitalization expenses were impacted by single factor as:age,marital status and medical insurance status,accident injuries causes,accidental injuries site,degree of accident injuries,hospitalization days etc.multiple-factor analysis results show that hospitalization expenses were impacted by multiplefactor as:marital status,accident injuries causes,accidental injuries site,hospitalization days etc.Conclusion The economic burden was heavier directly caused by the accident injuries.The main factors influence on accident injuries hospitalization expenses were accident injuries causes,site and hospitalization days.更多还原
