【摘要】 目的研究超声联合胎心无负荷试验对胎儿窘迫的诊断价值。方法选取接受胎心监护84例孕妇作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床诊治资料,对比胎儿宫内窘迫者无负荷试验、S/D与Apgar评分。结果 21例NST检查结果表明是胎儿宫内窘迫,11例孕妇NST检查表明无反应型,并且脐血流S/D≥3,4例产妇胎儿大脑中动脉多勒普诊断显示血流S/D≤4,4例新生儿具体Apgar评分≤7分;NST有反应型者与无反应型者、脐动脉血流S/D≥3者与S/D<3者、大脑中动脉血流S/D>4与S/D≤4者Apgar评分比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论超声联合胎心无负荷试验能够提高新生儿窒息临床诊断正确率,减小剖宫产率或者假阳性率,具有积极应用意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of ultrasound combined with fetal non-stress test(NST)in the diagnosis of fetal distress.Methods Eighty-four pregnant women who received fetal heart rate monitoring were selected as the study subjects.The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively,and the scores of NST,S/D and Apgar score were compared.Results NST showed that there was fetal intrauterine distress in 21 cases and no reaction in 11 cases,and the umbilical blood flow S/D ≥3.The fetal cerebral artery Doppler ultrasound of 4 cases showed blood flow S/D ≤4.4 cases of neonatal Apgar scores were ≤7 points.The Apgar scores showed significant differences between cases with and without reactions,cases with umbilical artery blood flow S/D ≥3 and S/D<3,cases with cerebral blood flow S/D >4 and S/D≤4(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound combined with fetal NST can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia,reduce cesarean section rate or false positive rate.更多还原
