【Abstract】 A new chiral resolution agents of(4-methyl phenyl)sulfonyl amino-D-benzeneacetic acid was disclosed to obtain a new antiepileptic drug S-pregabalin.The yield was 40% and the total percent recovery from 3-(carbamoylmethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid was 31.95%.更多还原
