松萝酸对3种水霉病致病菌的抑菌作用

【摘要】 水霉、绵霉和腐霉可感染许多水产养殖动物,导致水霉病等多种疾病,对水产养殖产业造成巨大的经济损失.研究不同质量浓度的松萝酸丙酮溶液对3种水霉病致病菌寄生水霉(Saprolegnia parasitica)、两性绵霉(Achlya bisexualis)和腐霉属下的Pythium capillosum菌株的影响,以期为防治水霉病提供新的资料和方法.结果表明:不同质量浓度的松萝酸丙酮溶液对寄生水霉和两性绵霉均有抑制作用;而低质量浓度松萝酸丙酮溶液(2,4mg/L)对P.capillosum的生长有促进作用,其余质量浓度的松萝酸丙酮溶液则对P.capillosum的生长有抑制作用.松萝酸丙酮溶液有望成为防治水霉病的新型药剂.

【Abstract】 Saprolegnia parasitica,Achlya bisexualis and Pythium capillosum can infect many aquatic animal,and can cause saprolegniasis and other diseases,which often lead to huge economic losses to the aquaculture industry.In this study,S.parasitica,A.bisexualis,and P.capillosum were treated with acetone solution of usnic acid at different concentrations to study their antimicrobial activity against saprolegniasis.Results showed that all concentration of usnic acid acetone solution can constrain the growth of S.parasiticaand A.bisexualis;while to P.capillosum,lower concentration of usnic acid acetone solution(2,4mg/L)can promote its growth,and only higher concentration of usnic acid acetone solution can constrain its growth.Therefore,usnic acid acetone solution has potential to become a new type chemical to control saprolegniasis.
