提高小麦叶枯菌筛选敏感度的方法

【摘要】 为了提高先导化合物杀菌活性筛选敏感度,选用小麦叶枯菌(Mycosphaerella graminicola)作为供试靶标,比较了半固体法杀菌活性筛选中的不同单孢子纯培养对标准样品杀菌活性的敏感度。结果表明,小麦叶枯菌不同单孢子纯培养,对标准样品的敏感度差异显著。基于以上结果,使用微生物源发酵提取物对敏感的单孢子纯培养和对照培养物进行了验证筛选。结果表明,对1 920个样品的筛选中,敏感的单孢子纯培养比对照培养物的活性样品检出率提高2.24%,活性样品检出数量增加54.43%。

【Abstract】 To improve sensitivity for fungicidal activity screening of lead compounds,Mycosphaerella graminicola was selected as test target to compare the sensitivity of different pure cultures from single spore to fungicidal activity of standard samples in semisolid fungicide screening. The results showed that sensitivity was significant different between different pure cultures.Based on above results, the sensitive pure culture and the reference culture were verified and screened with microbial fermentation extracts, it was concluded that in screening of 1 920 samples, the hits rate of sensitive pure culture rose by 2.24%and the number of hits increased 54.43% comparing with the reference culture.
