【摘要】 "十二五"以来,湖北省农业科学院粮食作物研究所积极探索促进农业科技成果转化新机制,完善成果权益分配制度,提高成果完成人的成果收益比例;建立绩效考评机制,成果转化与科技创新同考核;创新科技成果转化方式,开展商业化合作育种和实行技术总承包;加强种业成果交易平台建设,提高成果转化效率。这些做法取得了显著成效,实现了科技成果转化和科技创新双促进,科技成果转化效率明显提高,创新成果数量和质量明显提升,产业支撑能力明显增强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since "Twelve Five-Year" plan,the Food Crop Research Institute of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Science actively explored new mechanism of transformation of agricultural scientific research achievement,and had realized the development of both the transformation of scientific research achievement and scientific and technological innovation.The main measures are:perfecting institutional construction of allocation of achievement equity to boost the return of intellectual property completer; setting up the scientific assess mechanism for both the transformation of scientific research achievement and the development of scientific and technological innovation; exploring new ways of transformation of agricultural scientific research achievement; accelerating the construction of seeds achievements trade platform to improve the efficiency in transforming scientific research achievement.更多还原
