猪RTL1基因多态性及其与胴体、肉质性状的关联分析

【摘要】 旨在研究反转录转座子1基因(retrotransposon-like-1,RTL1)潜在的变异与猪胴体和肉质性状的相关性。测序发现在猪RTL1基因编码区1 209 bp处存在G/A突变,利用PCR-Fnu4H I-RFLP方法在9个猪种中进行了基因分型,并且在360头大白猪×梅山猪F2代群体中进行性状关联分析。结果表明,该位点与皮率、内脂率、6-7腰椎间膘厚、胸腰椎间膘厚、背最长肌pH、股二头肌肌肉色值呈显著相关(P<0.05),与骨率、肩部膘厚、臀部膘厚、平均背膘厚、背最长肌失水率、背最长肌系水力、背最长肌肌肉色值呈极显著相关(P<0.01)。

【Abstract】 This study was conducted to investigate the potential association of variation in the retrotransposon-like-1(RTL1)gene with carcass and meat quality traits in pigs. Cloning and sequencing found that there was a G/A mutation at 1 209 bp in the porcine RLT1 gene coding region. Using PCR-RFLP, SNP of RTL1 gene was detected in nine different pig breeds and performed associations with carcass and meat quality traits in 360 Large White and Meishan F2 hybrids. The results showed this polymorphism is significant association with skin percentage,internal fat rate,6-7 rib fat thickness,thorax-waist fat thickness,Meat p H(m.longissimus Dorsi,LD) and meat color value(BF)(P<0.05),is higher significant association with bone percentage,shoulder fat thickness,buttock fat thickness,average backfat thickness,longissimus dorsi drip loss rate,longissimus dorsi water holding capacity and meat color value(LD)(P<0.01).
