【摘要】 以哈尔滨市为例,以协调发展度的大小作为评判标准,对哈尔滨市2011-2015年的环境与经济协调发展状况进行了评价。结果表明,2011-2014年哈尔滨市环境与经济协调发展度逐年增高,经济发展与环境保护趋于优质协调,哈尔滨市4年间经济发展均滞后于环境保护;2015年哈尔滨市指标值降低,经济发展与环境保护由优质协调转变为中级协调,并呈现出环境保护滞后于经济发展的态势。今后,哈尔滨市在保证经济发展的同时应始终坚持环保优先的策略,加大环境保护力度,确保环境与经济同步协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Harbin as an example, and with the magnitude of coordinated development degree as judging standard, the coordinated development between environment and economy from 2011 to 2015 in Harbin was evaluated. The results showed that the coordinated development degree between environment and economy increased year by year in 2011-2014, and economy and environmental protection tended to high-quality coordinated development, but economic development in the four years were lagging behind environmental protection. In 2015, the index of Harbin was lower compared with four years before, the economic development and environmental protection tended to be middle coordinated development from high-quality coordinated, meanwhile it revealed the trend that environmental protection lagged behind economic development. In the future, it was suggested that Harbin should always stick to the strategy of priority for environmental protection while guaranteeing economic development, increase the intensity of environmental protection, and ensure the coordinated development of both environment and economy.更多还原
