高温高湿胁迫对大果山茶生理特性的影响
Effects of High Temperature and High Humidity Stresses on Physiological Characteristics of Cammellia magnocarpa
【摘要】 以三年生大果山茶(Cammellia magnocarpa)和岑溪软枝油茶(Camellia oleifera‘cenxiruanzhi’)植株为试验材料,在不同温湿度条件下进行处理,测定处理后叶片的水分含量、膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量等生理指标。结果表明,在高温高湿条件下,大果山茶保存水分能力与叶片膜透性高于岑溪软枝油茶;PPO活性、POD活性远高于岑溪软枝油茶;在两种处理条件下,大果山茶的平均可溶性蛋白质含量分别为16.60、15.08 mg/g,明显高于岑溪软枝油茶;MDA、可溶性糖含量也均高于岑溪软枝油茶。
【Abstract】 Taking three years of Cammellia magnocarpa and Camellia oleifera ‘cenxiruanzhi’ as samples,after processed by different temperature and humidity conditions, the water content, membrane permeability, MDA content, POD activity, PPO activity, soluble sugar and soluble protein content of leaves were measured. The results showed that,under different stresses of high temperature and high humidity environment,compared with C. oleifera ‘cenxiruanzhi’,the ability to maintain moisture and cell membrane permeability of C. magnocarpa were higher; The activity of PPO and POD were much higher than those of C.oleifera ‘cenxiruanzhi’. Under the two treatments,the average soluble protein content of C. magnocarpa was 16.60,15.08 mg/g respectively,apparently higher than that of C. oleifera ‘cenxiruanzhi’;MDA content and soluble sugar content were higher than those of C. oleifera ‘cenxiruanzhi’ too.
