【摘要】 分析区域行业产业对软件服务外包人才需求的现状与趋势,依据当前高职生源的实际情况,结合长期的高职软件服务外包人才培养实践经验,开展高职软件服务外包类专业教学改革,探索并实践"1+1+N"高职院校国际化软件服务外包人才培养机制。通过优化课程体系、改革教学模式以及校企协同开展师资队伍建设,着力提升软件人才的专业化和国际化水平,取得了显著成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the current situation and trend of regional industry demand outsourcing talents for software outsourcing and the actual situation of the current higher vocational college students,combined with the long-term experience of training higher vocational software outsourcing talent,we carry out the research and practice of teaching reform of software outsourcing in higher vocational colleges and explore and practice of Higher Vocational Colleges " 1 + 1 +N" international software outsourcing talent training mechanism. By optimizing the curriculum system,reforming the teaching mode,and carrying out the construction of teachers’ team in school enterprise cooperation,we have made great efforts to improve the professionalism and internationalization of software talents,and achieved remarkable results.更多还原
