【Abstract】 With the advent of new media era,media-spreading shows a butterfly effect,value-diversified expression,and gradually falls into the trap of Tacitus cycle,weakens young college teachers’ authority and lofty of ideological and political education work. Young college teachers working in the filed of ideological and political education should make full use of the advantages of new media,build a new media platform with equal dialogue and interaction; reform from the bottom,and advocate a new media atmosphere with the combination of one-principle-oriented and multiple-principle-expression; reason the public and create a new media surrounding with the combination of guidance and monitoring of public opinion.更多还原
