【摘要】 目的探讨正畸治疗对牙周炎患者炎性状态及牙周状态的影响。方法选取2013年2月—2015年3月收治的152例牙周炎患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法将所选患者分为观察组与对照组,每组76例。对照组给予牙周基础治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予正畸治疗。回顾性分析两组的临床资料,对比分析两组治疗前后的炎性状态及牙周状态情况。结果治疗后,两组龈沟液及血清超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-1β、白介素-5和白介素-8水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组牙周探诊深度、探诊出血指数、牙齿松动度、菌斑指数和临床附着水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正畸治疗能改善牙周炎患者炎性状态及牙周状态,有利于牙周组织的愈合,促进其功能的改善,加快牙周炎的恢复,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effects of orthodontic treatment on inflammatory and periodontal conditions of patients with periodontitis. Methods A total of 152 patients with periodontitis admitted during February 2013 and March 2015 were divided into observation group and control group( n = 76 for each group) according to treatment methods. Control group was given basic therapy for periodontal teeth,while observation group was given orthodontic treatment on the basis of treatment for control group. Clinical data was retrospectively analyzed for the two groups. The inflammatory and periodontal conditions were compared and analyzed in two groups. Results After treatment,levels of gingival crevicular fluid,serum high sensitivity C reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1β,interleukin-5 and interleukin-8 were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups( P < 0. 05),and the levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group( P < 0. 05). Values of depth of periodontal probing,the bleeding index of probing,tooth mobility,plaque index and clinical attachment level after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups( P < 0. 05),and the values in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Orthodontic treatment can improve inflammatory and periodontal conditions of patients with periodontitis,and it is beneficial to heal periodontal tissues,promote function improvement,accelerate the recovery of periodontitis and improve the quality of life.更多还原
