【摘要】 服务全民终身学习是开放大学的根本属性,因此,发展社区教育应成为开放大学建设的核心任务,但实践中却存在诸多问题。社区教育是全民终身教育思想实现的载体,是对终身教育理念的实践,电大向开放大学的转型实质是由办学历教育向发展社区教育的转型。从提高能力、形成品牌、自我造血等方面同时推进,可以解决当前社区教育发展实践中的问题,完成开放大学的转型与建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fundamental attribute of the open university is offering service to life-long learning.Therefore,the development of community education should be the core task during the open university construction.But there are still many problems in practice.Community education is the carrier of lifelong education thought and the practice of lifelong education idea.The essence of the transformation of RTVU to the open university is the transition from diploma education to the development of community education.The transition and construction can be well completed and the problems in practice can be solved by improving abilities,building brands,developing self-hematopoietic function.更多还原
