【摘要】 内蒙古经过前几年经济的快速增长,出现了产能过剩、经济发展趋缓的势头,"一带一路"建设将给内蒙古的经济创造更大的发展空间。内蒙古中小企业需要进一步提升自身发展能力;通过创新的易货贸易,盘活库存,降低交易成本,解决现金不足的问题;推进信用担保体系的创建,积极创新金融商品和加大对中小企业的服务方式;政府通过大数据的统计、分析、处理功能,引导中小企业有的放矢的组织生产和销售;成立内蒙古中小企业战略联盟或者协会等形式为中小企业提供详细的市场分析和具体的需求服务;加大对二连浩特和满洲里口岸的建设,打造向北开放的桥头堡;内蒙古全区中小企业公共服务平台网络的运用,和"十个全覆盖"项目的实施,为内蒙古经济新一轮的发展奠定了基础,提供了新的发展动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 After a few years of rapid economic growth,there has been overcapacity and the momentum of slowing economic development in Inner Mongolia.The"Belt and Road Initiatives" policy will bring a new expansion capacity to Inner Mongolia.Small and medium enterprises need to promote their self-development capacity.They need to reduce transaction costs through innovative barter trade in solving cash shortage problems,promote the creation of credit guarantee system,actively innovate financial products and increase the service way to small and medium enterprises.The government guides the targeted production and marketing of small and medium enterprises through the large data statistics,analysis,processing functions.Inner Mongolia SME strategic alliances or other forms like associations are established to provide detailed market analysis and specific needs services to small and medium enterprises.The construction of Erenhot and Manchuria port is enlarged.A bridgehead to the north is built.The network application of Inner Mongolia SME public service platform and the implementation of "10 Full Coverage" project has laid the foundation to new development of Inner Mongolia and provides a new impetus for development.更多还原
