等离子喷涂T800钴基合金涂层的研究
Study of plasma sprayed T800 Co-based alloy coating
【摘要】 采用等离子喷涂技术制备T800钴基合金涂层.使用多晶X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对涂层组织结构进行了研究,并通过显微硬度测试、常温磨损性能测试实验、400℃磨损性能测试实验评价了涂层的硬度和耐磨性能.实验表明,等离子喷涂T800钴基合金涂层致密且含有Laves强化相.2832 kW喷涂功率范围内,涂层含有Co与Co3Mo2Si,而在超过32 kW喷涂功率下涂层开始出现另一种Laves相CoMoSi.所制备涂层的磨损机理为磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损.
【Abstract】 The T800 Co-based alloy coating was prepared by plasma spraying technique. The microstructure of the coating was analyzed by XRD and SEM. Hardness test, room temperature and 400 ℃ wear tests were taken to value the hardness, wear resistance. Plasma sprayed T800 Co-based alloy coating is dense and contains Laves strengthening phase.Under 28 32 kW three groups of spraying power, all three coatings contain Co and Co3Mo2 Si and under 32 kW the coating starts to appear another Laves phase CoMoSi. The main wearing mechanism of the coating is abrasive wear and fatigue wear.
