【摘要】 网络和新媒体对司法公开透明提出了更高的要求,网络关注度和新媒体利用日益成为影响司法公开的重要因素。关于搜索引擎收录、谷歌PR值、百度指数、中国知网收录文献数以及网站建设、微博粉丝数、理论研究等方面的数据显示,海事法院增加网络关注度、提升网络新媒体利用和网络互动能力,既是公民对于现代司法的强烈要求,也是利用网络服务司法的内在要求,对于提高司法服务效果具有显著意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Network and new media have presented higher requirements for the transparency of judicial publicity, network attention and new media usage have increasingly become important factors affecting the judicial publicity. According to the data on search engine index, Google PR value, Baidu index, the number of CNKI literatures and website construction,the number of Micro-blog fans, theoretical research, we found that the maritime court need to focus on increasing the network attention, enhancing the new media usage and network interaction, because they are not only strong requirements of citizens for the modern judicature, but also inherent needs to serve the judicature by using the network, and it is significant to improve the effect of judicial service.更多还原
