【摘要】 目的建立石膏软膏的质量标准。方法采用EDTA络合滴定法测定了石膏软膏中硫酸钙的含量。结果在0.0160g~0.2361g的范围内,乙二胺四乙酸二钠的滴定量与硫酸钙的含量呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收量为99.02%,RSD=0.82(n=9)。结论该方法重复性好,简便可行,可作为石膏软膏质量控制标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Shigao ointment. METHODS EDTA complexometric titration method was used to determine the content of the calcium sulfate in Shigao ointment. RESULTS EDTA titer and the content of the calcium sulfate had good linear relationship in the range of 0. 0160 ~ 0. 2361 g,r =0. 9996. The average recovery of Calcium sulfate was 99. 02% and RSD was 0. 82%(n = 9). CONCLUSION The method is repeatability,simple and feasible,and it can be used effectively for the quality control of Shigao ointment.更多还原
