【摘要】 目的探讨聚氯乙烯(以下简称PVC)充气体位垫在甲状腺手术体位摆放中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月至2012年12月武汉大学人民医院甲状腺癌的手术患者100例,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组应用PVC充气体位垫实施体位摆放;对照组使用凝胶肩垫、凝胶"U"型颈垫、凝胶头圈和辅助软垫实施体位摆放。比较两组患者体位摆放时间、手术时间、手术野暴露程度、患者颈肩部舒适度和体位稳固度。结果观察组位置摆放时间、手术时间分别为(1.26±0.26)min、(1.36±0.35)h,均少于对照组的(2.67±0.39)min、(1.46±0.51)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术野暴露程度、患者舒适度分别为(96.58±5.79)分、(9.56±4.29)分,均高于对照组的(70.56±6.31)分、(71.86±7.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体位稳固度为86.0%高于对照组的50.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PVC充气体位垫在甲状腺手术体位摆放过程中耗时少、术野暴露好、手术时间缩短、颈部舒适度高、体位稳定性强,效果良好,具有很好的临床实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of the PVC inflatable surgical position cushion in body positionfor thyroid operation. Methods A total of 100 cases of thyroid cancer surgery patients, who admitted to Renmin Hospital ofWuhan University from January 2012 to December 2012, were selected and divided into the observation group and the con-trol group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. PVC inflatable surgical position cushionwas used in the observation group, while gel shoulder pads, gel u-shaped neck cushion, gel head coil and auxiliary soft matwere used in the control group. The position putting time, operation time, exposure degree of surgical area, comfort degree ofneck and shoulder and postural stability of the two groups were compared. Results The positioning and operative timewere respectively(1.26±0.26) min and(1.36±0.35) h in the observation group, which were significantly shorter than(2.67±0.39) min and(1.46±0.51) h in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of exposure degree of surgical area, comfort degree ofneck and shoulder were respectively(96.58±5.79) and(91.56±4.29) in the observation group, which were significantly high-er than(70.56±6.31) and(71.86±7.16) in the control group(P<0.05). The rate of position firmness was 86.0% in the obser-vation group versus 50.0% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion PVC inflatable surgical position cushion has the ad-vantages of less position putting time, good exposure degree of surgical area, shorter operation time, comfort degree of neckand shoulder, postural stability and good effect in body position for thyroid operation, and has better clinical value.更多还原
