【Abstract】 In recent years, the public health problem caused by the Norovirus(NVs) has attracted more and more attention of the international scientific community. Recent advances showed that norovirus is the most common cause of sporadic gastroenteritis and the most common cause of outbreaks of acute gastroenteritis across all ages. The WHO estimates that the number of deaths worldwide each year due to norovirus infection is about 35 000. This article reviews the etiology, epidemiological characteristics, laboratory testing methods, clinical manifestations and treatment about norovirus.更多还原
