【摘要】 目的探讨经阴道与经腹部彩色多普勒超声联合用于宫外孕诊断的临床价值。方法采用经腹部彩色多普勒超声与经阴道彩色多普勒超声对贵港市第二人民医院2015年1~12月期间68例最终确诊为宫外孕的患者进行检查,对比两种方法单独应用与联合应用对宫外孕的诊断价值。结果经腹部彩色多普勒超声对附件区包块检出率与经阴道彩色多普勒超声及联合应用比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对宫内假孕囊、心管搏动、胚芽、盆腔积液检出率均显著低于经阴道彩色多普勒超声及联合应用,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但经阴道彩色多普勒超声与二者联合应用对上述指标的检出率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);经腹部彩色多普勒超声对宫外孕诊断符合率为66.2%,显著低于经阴道彩色多普勒超声的88.2%和联合应用的95.6%,差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05),而经阴道彩色多普勒超声与联合应用比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声用于宫外孕的诊断,可明显提高宫外孕的诊断符合率,而联合应用时诊断符合率更高,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of the combined application of trans-abdominal ultrasound(TAS) and trans-vaginal color Doppler ultrasound(TVS) in ectopic pregnancy(EP). Methods From January2015 to December 2015, 68 patients diagnosed as EP in Guigang Second People’s Hospital were detected with TAS and TVS, and then the diagnostic value of single and combined application were contrasted. Results There was no significant difference in detection rate of adnexal masses between TAS alone, TVS alone and combined application(P>0.05),while the detection rate of intrauterine gestational sac, primitive heart beat, germ, pelvic effusion in TAS were significantly lower than TVS and combined application(P<0.05), with no significant difference between TVS and combined application(P>0.05). Diagnostic coincidence rate of EP in TAS was 66.2%, which was significantly lower than 88.2% in TVS and 95.6% in combined application(P<0.01), with no significant difference between TVS and combined application(P>0.05). Conclusion TVS can significantly improve the diagnostic coincidence rate of ectopic pregnancy, but the diagnostic coincidence rate is higher in combined application of TAS and TVS, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
