【Abstract】 Coronary heart disease, the most common cardiovascular disease, has always been characterized with high morbidity and mortality. It is predicted that coronary heart disease would become the main cause of death in the world by 2020. Therefore, early recognition and diagnose of coronary heart disease, and timely intervention and treatment to prevent further development of the disease have become very important. Many experts have studied the relationship between brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) or N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP) and coronary heart disease(CHD), which shows that BNP or NT-pro BNP could reflect the severity of coronary heart disease and provide useful information about diagnose and prognosis of coronary heart disease.更多还原
