【摘要】 目的探讨馥感啉口服液联合孟鲁司特钠治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效及其对患儿免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)、白介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法选取我院儿科于2014年3月至2016年3月期间收治的毛细支气管炎患儿200例,依据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组患儿采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组患儿则在对照组基础上结合馥感啉口服液治疗。两组治疗疗程均为7 d。比较两组患儿的疗效,治疗前后喘憋、咳嗽、肺部听诊评分及血清Ig E、IN-γ、IL-10和TNF-α水平变化和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的喘憋[(0.81±0.17)分]、咳嗽[(0.75±0.20)分]、肺部听诊[(0.64±0.15)分]得分均低于对照组[(1.65±0.32)分、(1.78±0.38)分和(1.59±0.23)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的血清Ig E[(125.47±24.65)g/L]、INF-γ[(4.12±0.30)pg/m L]、TNF-α[(115.28±15.42)ng/L]均低于对照组[(228.94±35.46)g/L、(4.63±0.27)pg/m L和(153.48±19.87)ng/L],而IL-10[(22.37±3.41)pg/m L]高于对照组[IL-10(16.42±2.67)pg/m L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的心电图、血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能均未见异常,且未见严重药物不良反应。结论馥感啉口服液联合孟鲁司特钠治疗毛细支气管炎患儿疗效显著,其作用可能与降低血清Ig E、INF-γ、IL-10、TNF-α水平相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fu-ganlin oral solution combined with montelukast sodium in treatment of capillary bronchitis and its effects on immunoglobulin E(Ig E), interferon-γ(INF-γ), interleukin-10(IL-10), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α). Methods Two hundred patients with capillary bronchitis in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into observation group(n=100) and control group(n=100) according to random number table. The control group was given montelukast sodium alone, while the observation group was treated with Fu-ganlin oral solution on the basis of treatment in control group, both for 7 d. Clinical efficacy,scores of asthmatic symptom, cough, lung auscultation, and serum Ig E, INF-γ, IL-10 and TNF-α were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group(96.00%) were significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%), with statistical significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, scores of asthmatic symptom, cough, lung auscultation in the observation group were(0.81±0.17) points,(0.75±0.20) points,(0.64±0.15) points,which were significantly lower than(1.65±0.32) points,(1.78±0.38) points,(1.59±0.23) points in the control group, with statistical significant difference(P<0.05). The serum levels of Ig E, INF-γ, TNF-α, IL-10 after treatment were(125.47±24.65) g/L,(4.12 ± 0.30) pg/m L,(115.28 ± 15.42) ng/L,(22.37 ± 3.41) pg/m L in the observation group and(228.94 ±35.46) g/L,(4.63±0.27) pg/m L,(153.48±19.87) ng/L,(16.42±2.67) pg/m L in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). No abnormality was found in electrocardiography(ECG), routine blood test, routine urine test and liver and renal examinations in both groups, and there were no serious adverse drug reactions during the treatment course.Conclusion Fu-ganlin oral solution combined with montelukast sodium in treatment of capillary bronchitis brings about significant effect, which may be related to its actions of reducing serum Ig E, INF-γ, IL-10 and TNF-α levels.更多还原
