【Abstract】 The rapid development of Internet and the arrival of big data age,making the traditional sense of the library form,structure,function has undergone tremendous changes,put forward new and higher requirements for the quality of librarians.Based on the importance and necessity of the quality promotion of librarian,detailed analysis and elaboration of the six aspects of professional skills,knowledge literacy,job EQ,professional ethics,service idea and mode of thinking and autonomous learning ability was made in this paper.It’s hoped that the comprehensive improvement of librarian can make the library play a more important role for the development of society and the improvement of national quality in the era of big data.更多还原
