【摘要】 民族地区法制建设是一项复杂、巨大的工程,要使相关问题得到合理解决,就必须坚持马克思主义哲学唯物辩证思维等科学思维方法。结合辩证思维的基本观点,民族地区法制建设辩证思维的具体实践是指要考虑民族地区的特殊情况,这是民族地区法制建设的出发点,也要考虑到民族法制和国家法制的整体和局部关系,以此来为民族法制定性,最后还要把民族地区的法制建设作为一个单独事物进行纵向联系,使民族法制建设既能继承历史,又能为未来法制建设奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of legal system in ethnic regions is a complicated and huge project,to make reasonable treatment related problems,we must adhere to the Marx doctrine philosophy of dialectical materialism thinking and scientific thinking method. Combined with the basic viewpoints of dialectical thinking and practice of the construction of legal system of dialectical thinking in minority areas is mainly to consider the special situation of the ethnic minority areas this is the starting point of the legal construction in minority areas, we should also take into account the overall and local ethnic relations and national legal system,in order to provide national legal qualitative,finally will bring legal system construction in ethnic minority areas as a separate things that vertical linkages,the construction of national legal system can not only inherit the history,but also for the future of the legal construction of the foundation.更多还原
