新型铁碳微电解材料对工业废水中有机物降解的研究
Study on Degradation of Organic Compounds in Industrial Wastewater by New Iron-carbon Micro-electrolysis Material
【摘要】 通过向铁碳微电解材料中添加催化物质制备出新型铁碳微电解材料,然后利用该新型微电解材料对对芳香聚酰胺膜生产加工废水进行降解试验。结果显示同等试验条件下与未添加催化物质的铁碳微电解材料对比废水中COD的平均降解效率可以提高8%~10%左右。在利用该新型铁碳微电解材料对芳香聚酰胺膜加工废水进行降解时得到的处理条件为废水停留时间为2~3h,曝气强度为气液比5~8,臭氧的投加量为0.4~0.8 g/h。
【Abstract】 A new type of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis material was prepared by adding catalytic substances,it was used to degrade the wastewater from the production of aromatic polyamide membrane. The results showed that under the same test conditions,the average degradation efficiency of COD could be increased by 8% ~ 10% compared with the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis material without adding catalytic substances. The degradation conditions of the new iron-carbon micro-electrolysis material for the treatment of aromatic polyamide membrane processing wastewater were as follows: the residence time of wastewater was 2 ~ 3 h,the aeration intensity was 5 ~ 8,and the dosage of ozone was 0. 4 ~ 0. 8 g/h.
