水杨醛缩甲胺席夫碱的合成及晶体结构
Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Salicylaldehyde Schiffbase
【摘要】 以水杨醛、甲胺为其实原料,合成了水杨醛缩甲胺席夫碱,并通过红外光谱、元素分析以及X-射线单晶衍射对其进行了结构表征。结果表明:该化合物属于单斜晶系,空间群是P21/c,a=14.0910(11),b=6.0064(4),c=8.1945(6),α=90.00°,β=102.580(2)°,γ=90°,Z=4,V=676.90(9)3,Mr=135.16,F(000)=288,R1=0.0502,wR2=0.2077。两个席夫碱分子沿着b轴方向通过氢键相互作用形成一维柱状堆积,再进一步通过氢键作用沿着c轴方向形成二维网络结构。
【Abstract】 By taking salicylaldehyde and methylamine as the raw materials,a schiff base was synthesized in liquid phase reaction and structurally characterized by elemental analysis,IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound was characterized as follows: monoclinic system,space group P 21/c,a = 14. 0910( 11) ,b =6. 0064( 4) ,c = 8. 1945( 6) ,α = 90. 00°,β = 102. 580( 2) °,γ = 90°,Z = 4,V = 676. 90( 9) 3,Mr = 135. 16,F( 000) = 288,R1= 0. 0502,wR2= 0. 2077. The Schiff base formed the 1 D columnar structure via C-H…O hydrogen bonds along b axis,the columnar structure formed two-dimension network with intermolecular C( 8)-H( 8 B) … N( 1)hydrogen bonds along c axis.
