【摘要】 针对新建本科院校应用型人才培养中的普遍难题,我校在环境与化工类专业中提出了"四个一体化"建设新理念(即:学科专业一体化、教学科研一体化、理论实践一体化、创新创业与专业教育一体化),提出了应用型人才培养新理念,构建了学生实践能力培养新机制,探讨了应用型人才培养新模式,经过多年的探索与实践,在学科科研成果转化为教学资源,以及应用型人才培养方面取得了显著实效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the common problem to the applied talents training in the school,the new idea of "Four Integration"was put forward(i.e.integration between disciplines and specialty,integration between researching and teaching,integration between theory and practice,integration between innovation-entrepreneurship and professional education).A new idea,mechanism and model about cultivating students’ practical ability were also built.After years of exploration and practice,remarkable results were achieved in the transformation from scientific research into teaching resources and the cultivation of applied talents.更多还原
