添加La、B对工业纯铝细化效果及性能的影响

【摘要】 实验研究了向导电用工业纯铝中加入La、B对晶粒细化效果和导电率以及硬度的影响。实验结果表明单独添加La时,晶粒细化效果最好,其平均晶粒尺寸达到1.67 mm;当同时添加La、B时,随着B含量的增加晶粒细化效果越来越差,呈现出随着B含量的增加平均晶粒尺寸变大。导电率呈现先增长后下降的趋势,当B含量在0.04%时,导电率达到最大36.6 Ms/m。硬度呈现出了先下降后下降的趋势,在含B量为0.06%时,硬度达到最低值25.1 HV。

【Abstract】 The effect of adding La and B on the grain refinement,electric conductivity and hardness of industrial pure aluminum was studied. The experimental results showed that the grain refinement effect was the best and the average grain size was 1. 67 mm when adding La alone. When La and B were added at the same time,the grain refinement effect was getting worse with the increase of B content. The conductivity increased first and then decreased,and when the content of B was 0. 04%,the conductivity reached 36. 6 Ms/m. The hardness showed a tendency to decrease first and then descend,and when the content of B was 0. 06%,the hardness reached a minimum value of 25. 1 HV.
