一种双组分聚合物保温砂浆涂层的研制

【摘要】 以玻化微珠或闭孔珍珠岩制成的保温轻骨料的无机保温砂浆是一种新型建筑干粉砂浆。具有保温隔热及耐火、耐老化性能较好的特点。本文试制一种以硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、氢氧化钙、纤维、纤维素醚和乳胶粉为一个组份,以玻化微珠为保温轻骨料作为另一个组份,来研制无机轻骨料聚合物保温砂浆。讨论双组份之间比例对保温砂浆的性能影响进行对比分析,获得了较佳双组份聚合物保温砂浆组成。

【Abstract】 Inorganic thermal insulation mortar for thermal insulation lightweight aggregate is a new type of Building dry powder mortar which is made from Glass beads or Closed Cell Perlite. It is good at heat insulation,fire- resistant and age- resistant. Development of a two component polymer thermal insulation mortar,using one component made up of portland cement,flyash,calcium hydroxide,fibre,cellulose ether and latex powder,the other made up of Glass beads,was studied. A better composition of two component polymer thermal insulation mortar was got by comparative analyzing the performance influence to thermal insulation mortar caused by proportion between two components.
