FeCl3/H2O2氧化苄基叠氮制备苯甲醛
Preparation of Benzaldehyde via FeCl3/H2O2 Oxidizing Benzyl Azides
【摘要】 以廉价无污染的FeCl3/H2O2作为化苄基叠氮转化为苯甲醛的氧化体系,考察了氧化剂种类、氧化剂用量以及底物种类等因素对费用的影响。实验结果表明,采用H2O2做氧化剂,FeCl3 10mol%,n(叠氮)∶n(H2O2)=1∶2,在回流的条件下,苯甲醛的产率可以达到93%,不同种类的苄基叠氮都具有很好的相容性。该方法绿色、无污染,反应条件温和,价格低廉,为苯甲醛的合成提供了新的思路。
【Abstract】 The oxidation of benzylic azides to aldehyde using the inexpensive and environmentally more benign iron( Ⅲ) choloride as catalyst with H2O2 as oxidant had good reation tlerant. The method offered several advantages including high yields and a simple experimental workup procedure,which made it a useful process for the synthesis of aldehyde.
