【摘要】 MOOC时代给高校教务管理在MOOC平台的开发与维护、日常教学管理、教师与学生的管理方面带来了巨大的挑战。探究以高校为主导、政府扶持、企业参与开放竞争的MOOC运营模式;提高教务管理人员的信息素养,改革日常教学管理制度,强化教师团队意识;探索学分制改革,完善课程互认和转换制度,增强对学生的弹性管理;重视引进最新的教育技术,适应学习生态媒介的变化,加强教务管理的信息化建设的措施,建立一套适应MOOC时代的高校教务管理制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 MOOC is a big challenge to the teaching management in a university in that it is such a complicated matter as developing and maintaining the platform,and managing daily teaching activities,teachers and students.The study proposes strategies to construct a MOOC-oriented teaching management system.Firstly,a tri-party-based model shall be erected to manage the MOOC,which is university-led,government-supported,and enterprise-involved.Secondly,competent managerial staff,who are informationization literate shall be recruited.Thirdly,a credit-based management shall be implemented so that a more flexible curriculum system is available to students across different universities.Fourthly,technologies shall be consistently updated to adapt to the learning ecology transformation,and measures be strengthened.更多还原
