【摘要】 目的:总结过去10年参加血细胞形态学EQA的经验与不足,以求改进提高。方法:对2007~2016年参加的全国血细胞形态学EQA结果进行统计回顾性分析。结果:在295幅有效血细胞质评图片中,全国参评实验室平均符合率86.9%,本院符合率90.2%,本院骨髓细胞比末梢血细胞错报率高7.5个百分数,出现频率最高的是异型淋巴细胞18次。结论:参加血细胞形态EQA提高了检验人员血细胞识别能力,有效保证了血细胞形态学检验质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: To sum up the experience and deficiency of EQA(external quality assessment) on blood cell morphology in the past decade to make improvement. Method: Statistical methods were used to analyze retrospectively the results of EQA in national blood cell morphology in 2007 ~ 2016. Results: Among the295 blood samples,the total coincidence rate was 90.2 percentage,and the national average coincidence rate of participating laboratories was 86.9 percentage. The error rate of medullary cell was 7. 5% higher than that of peripheral blood cells. Among them,the highest frequency of occurance was abnormal lymphocytes,which turned up 18 cases. Conclusion: Through the EQA of blood cell morphology,the ability of the inspection staff to identify the blood cells was improved,which could effectively guarantee the quality of the blood cell morphology examination.更多还原
