捏脊疗法对幼龄脾虚大鼠胃肠运动及SP的影响
Effect of Chiropractic Therapy on Gastrointestinal Motility and SP in Young Rats with Spleen Deficiency
【摘要】 目的:观察捏脊疗法对幼龄脾虚大鼠胃肠运动及血清、结肠、下丘脑SP含量的影响,探讨捏脊疗法治疗小儿脾虚证的作用机制。方法:40只幼龄SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、方药组和捏脊组,每组10只。除空白组外,其余各组幼鼠灌服番泻叶汤建立脾虚证模型。造模结束后,空白组和模型组不作任何处理,方药组灌服四君子汤,捏脊组进行捏脊治疗。治疗结束后,采用墨汁灌胃法检测幼鼠胃内残留率和小肠推进率;ELISA法检测幼鼠血清、结肠、下丘脑SP含量。结果:与模型组比较,方药组、捏脊组胃内残留率均降低(P<0.05),小肠推进率均升高(P<0.05);方药组血清、结肠、下丘脑SP显著降低(P<0.01);捏脊组结肠、下丘脑SP显著降低(P<0.01)。与方药组比较,捏脊组血清、下丘脑SP略微上升(P<0.05),结肠SP显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:捏脊疗法可调节幼龄脾虚大鼠胃肠运动及血清、结肠、下丘脑SP水平,其作用机制可能是通过调节SP分泌来改善胃肠运动。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of chiropractic therapy on gastrointestinal motility and the levels of SP in serum,colon,hypothalamus of young rats with spleen deficiency,and to discuss the mechanism of chiropractic therapy in treating children with spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:40 young SD rats were randomly divided into a bland group,a model group,a drug group and a chiropractic group,with 10 rats in each group.Except the blank group,the other groups were lavaged with senna decoction to establish a spleen deficiency model.After being modeled,the bland group was lavaged with Sijunzi Decoction,and the chiropractic group was treated with chiropractic therapy,while the blank group and the model group were not given any treatment.After the treatment,gastric residual rate and small intestinal propulsive rate were detected by lavaging ink mix,and levels of SP in serum,colon,and pothalamus were detected by ELISA.Results:Compared with the model group,the gastric residual rates in the drug group and the chiropractic group decreased(P<0.05),while the small intestinal propulsive rate increased(P<0.05).Levels of SP in serum,colon,and hypothalamus in the drug group decreased(P<0.01).The levels of SP in colon and hypothalamus in the chiropractic group decreased(P<0.01).Compared with the drug group,the levels of SP in serum and hypothalamus in the chiropractic group increased(P<0.05),while the level of SP in colon increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Chiropractic therapy can regulate the gastrointestinal motility and the levels of SP in serum,colon,and hypothalamus in young rats.Its mechanism may be achieved by regulating the secretion of SP to improve gastrointestinal motility.
