音圈电机驱动系统设计与分析
Design and analysis on voice coil motors drive system
【摘要】 作为直线作动的音圈电机具有直接驱动、快速响应、结构简单等优点。为了充分发挥其性能,基于经济性和高性能考虑,进行了"微控器+功能模拟电路"音圈电机驱动控制硬件系统设计。在设计中,提出综合采用数字电路与模拟电路的设计方案;设计了微控器电路、H全桥驱动桥电路、超精密电流测量电路等;通过电路建模仿真、实验测试和实际应用,验证了驱动板的设计有效性。
【Abstract】 The voice coil motor has been applied widely as a linear actuator to generate forces with direct drive,fast response time,simple structure,etc. In order to maximize its performance,considering the principle of economy and performance,an architecture based on micro-controller and various analog circuit modules is proposed in the design of the driver. The micro-controller circuit,H full-bridge driving circuit,current measurement circuit,rectifier and filter circuit and various protection circuits are designed. By simulation and experimental results,the validity of the driver is verified successfully.
