【摘要】 目的比较贫困地区小学寄宿生与非寄宿生的营养状况。方法在广西3个县,根据不同的供餐模式采用分层随机抽样法抽取10所小学共1 673名学生,其中寄宿生842名、非寄宿生831名。比较寄宿生与非寄宿生的身高、体重、营养不良及超重肥胖情况和生化指标水平。结果 11~<12岁、12~<13岁寄宿男生和10~<11岁寄宿女生身高低于相应年龄组的非寄宿男生和女生(P<0.05);11~<12岁寄宿男生体重低于相应年龄组的非寄宿男生(P<0.05);寄宿生血清维生素A和维生素D水平低于非寄宿生(P<0.05)。寄宿生贫血、维生素A和维生素D亚临床缺乏率高于非寄宿生(P<0.05)。结论贫困地区小学寄宿生总体营养状况较非寄宿生差,应采取有效措施,对贫困地区寄宿生进行针对性膳食指导和管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the nutritional status between boarders and non-boarders of primary school in impoverished areas.Methods Ten primary schools consisting of 1 673 students(842 boarders,831 non-boarders) from 3 counties in Guangxi were selected using the random stratified sampling according to different models of food supply.The height,weight,malnutrition status,incidence of overweight or obesity,and biochemical parameters levels were compared between boarders and non-boarders.Results The heights of the male boarders in the age groups of 11-<12 years and 12-<13 years and the female boarders in the age group of 10-<11 years were shorter than the heights of the male and female non-boarders in the corresponding age groups(P<0.05).The weight of the male boarders in the age group of 11-<12 years was less than the weight of the male non-boarders in the corresponding age groups(P<0.05).The serum vitamin A and vitamin D levels of the boarders were higher than those of the non-boarders(P<0.05).The subclinical deficiency rates of vitamin A and vitamin D,and the incidence rate of anemia in the boarders were higher than those in the non-boarders(P<0.05).Conclusion The general nutritional status of boarders is worse than that of non-boarders in primary school in impoverished areas.And effective measures should be performed for the targeted guidance and management of diet in the boarders in impoverished areas.更多还原
