【摘要】 目的探讨应用血管化游离组织瓣修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后缺损的临床效果。方法 10例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者,应用血管化游离组织瓣进行肿瘤切除术后软硬组织缺损的一期修复重建,其中应用前臂皮瓣6例,腓骨肌皮瓣2例,股前外侧皮瓣2例。结果术后发生血管危象2例,各1例挽救成功、失败,其余8例组织瓣均无血管危象发生,皮瓣成活率90%(9/10)。所有患者在随访期内肿瘤未见复发。所有病例的重建口腔颌面部外形良好,患者口腔功能几乎不受影响。结论血管化游离组织瓣移植是修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后组织缺损有效而可靠的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of vascularized free flaps for repairing postoperative defects of oral and maxillofacial tumors. Methods Ten patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors underwent one-stage repair and reconstruction for postoperative soft and hard tissue defects with vascularized free flaps consisting of forearm flap in 6 cases,fibula flap in 2 cases and anterior-lateral thigh flap in2 cases. Results Postoperative vascular crisis occurred in 2 cases,1 flap was successfully rescued and the other flap failed to survive. No vascular crisis was found in the other 8 cases. The flap survival rate was 90%(9/10). No recurrence occurred in any cases during the follow-up. Good reconstructed oral and maxillofacial appearance was observed in all cases. The oral function of the patients was barely affected. Conclusion Tansplantation with vascularized free flap is an effective and reliable approach for repairing postoperative defects of oral and maxillofacial tumors.更多还原
