妊娠期血小板减少症患者的淋巴细胞亚群及下游细胞因子水平及其临床意义

【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期血小板减少症(GT)患者的淋巴细胞亚群及下游细胞因子水平及其临床意义。方法选取GT孕妇100例(GT组)和健康女性50例(对照组),分别采用酶联免疫吸附法和流式细胞术检测所有研究对象的淋巴细胞群(CD3~+、CD4~+、CD16~+56~+、CD8~+、CD19~+及CD4~+/CD8~+比值)和下游细胞因子[白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)]水平。结果 GT组患者CD3~+、CD4~+、CD16~+56~+细胞水平和CD4~+/CD8~+比值均低于对照组(P<0.05),而CD8~+和CD19~+细胞水平、IL-17和IFN-γ水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 GT的发生可能与免疫系统异常存在密切的联系。检测淋巴细胞亚群及下游细胞因子对GT的临床诊断有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the levels of lymphocyte subsets and downstream cytokines in patients with gestational thrombocytopenia( GT) and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with GT( GT group) and 50 healthy women( control group) were selected. The levels of lymphocytes( including CD3~+,CD4~+,CD16~+56~+,CD8~+,CD19~+and CD4~+/CD8~+ratios) and downstream cytokines[including interleukin-17( IL-17) and interferon-γ( IFN-γ) ] were detected in all subjects using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and flow cytometry respectively. Results The levels of CD3~+,CD4~+and CD16~+56~+cells and CD4~+/CD8~+ratio were lower,the levels of CD8~+and CD19~+cells,IL-17 and IFN-γ were higher in the GT group compared to the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The incidence of GT might closely correlate with abnormal immunology system. The detection of lymphocyte subsets and downstream cytokines provides a certain value of reference for clinical diagnosis of GT.
