翼状胬肉切除联合带角膜缘的结膜移植术对翼状胬肉患者Pentacam参数的影响
Effect of pterygium excision combined with conjunctival-limbus transplantation on Pentacam parameters in patients with pterygium
【摘要】 目的观察翼状胬肉患者行翼状胬肉切除联合带角膜缘的结膜移植术术前及术后Pentacam参数的变化情况。方法对18例(22眼)翼状胬肉患者行翼状胬肉切除联合带角膜缘的结膜移植术,比较患者术前及术后3个月的患眼外观、视力及Pentacam参数。结果 22例患眼术后外观均有改善。患者术后角膜前表面平均屈光度、角膜平均屈光度均较术前提高,而角膜前表面散光及表面变异系数(ISV)均较术前降低(P<0.05)。患者术前与术后角膜后表面平均屈光度、角膜后表面散光、角膜前表面散光轴位、角膜后表面散光轴位、最佳矫正远视力及前房角比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论翼状胬肉切除联合带角膜缘的结膜移植术可改善翼状胬肉患者患眼外观,降低角膜前表面散光及ISV,升高角膜前表面屈光力及角膜平均屈光力,而角膜后表面散光、屈光力及角膜前后表面散光轴位未发生改变,且未影响前房角。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the variance of Pentacam parameters in patients with pterygium after pterygium excision combined with conjunctival-limbus transplantation. Methods A total of 18 patients(22 eyes) with pterygium received pterygium excision combined with conjunctival-limbus transplantation. The appearance of eyes,visual acuity and Pentacam parameters before operation were compared with those after 3 months of operation. Results The appearance of 22 eyes was improved after operation. Compared with pre-operation,the average anterior corneal surface diopter and mean corneal refractive power increased after operation,while the anterior corneal surface astigmatism and the index of surface variance(ISV) decreased after operation(all P < 0. 05). There were no statistically significant differences in the average posterior corneal surface diopter,the posterior corneal surface astigmatism,the anterior and posterior corneal surface astigmatism axial,the best corrected distance visual acuity or anterior chamber angle between pre-operation and post-operation(all P > 0. 05). Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with conjunctival-limbus transplantation can improve the appearance of eyes suffering from pterygium,reduce anterior corneal surface astigmatism and ISV,increase anterior corneal surface diopter and mean corneal refractive power. No changes are observed in posterior corneal surface astigmatism,diopter or anterior/posterior corneal surface astigmatism axial,and anterior chamber angle is rarely affected.
