【摘要】 目的分析优质护理对产妇产后泌乳的影响效果。方法选取2016年5月~2017年5月在本院住院的孕妇200例,按照随机数字表法分为优质组(n=100)和对照组(n=100),对照组实施常规护理,优质组实施优质护理,对比分析两组患者泌乳时间、48h内泌乳情况及护理满意度。结果在泌乳时间对比中,优质组泌乳时间相比于对照组来说优势显著,经统计学对比分析,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在48h内泌乳情况对比中,优质组患者在48h内泌乳充足情况明显高于对照组,尚可和充足明显少于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。在护理满意度对比中,优质组患者护理满意度为99.00%,对照组患者护理满意度为90.00%,统计学对比分析后差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.7922,P=0.0005<0.05)。结论优质护理对产妇产后泌乳影响较大,能够有效提高泌乳量,从而提高母乳喂养率,具有极高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on postpartum lactation. Methods 200 pregnant women hospitalized in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and divided into quality group(n=100) and control group(n=100) according to random number table method. The control group was received routine care, and the quality group was received high quality nursing. Lactation time, within 48 hours of lactation and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the time of lactation in the high quality group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). In the 48 hours of lactation comparison, within 48 hours of lactation adequacy of patients in the high quality group was significantly higher than the control group, and the adequacy and adequacy were significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). In contrast in the high quality nursing satisfaction, patients satisfaction was 99%, the control group patients satisfaction was 90%, there was significant difference after statistical comparative analysis(χ~2=7.7922, P=0.0005 < 0.05).
