【摘要】 目的分析微创另路挂线术治疗高位马蹄形肛瘘35例的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年12月~2016年12月共65例高位马蹄形肛瘘患者,以随机分配为原则,分为观察组35例和对照组30例。观察组采用微创另路挂线术进行治疗,对照组采用常规的弧形切开引流术,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者术后肛门外括约肌收缩波幅、静息波幅高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),;观察组患者肛门外括约肌肌电时程低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6d,观察组患者疼痛积分、肛门渗液积分均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具备统计学意义。而两组患者在肛门狭窄、失禁程度方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微创另路挂线术治疗高位马蹄形肛瘘具有良好的临床疗效,对患者的损伤较小,同时对肛周组织有一定的保护作用,有利于患者的康复,值得在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive method on the treatment of 35 cases of high horseshoe anal fistula. Methods From December 2014 to December 2016,a total of 65 patients with high horseshoe anal fistula were selected in our hospital,they were divided into 35 cases in the observation group and 30 in the control group according to the random distribution principle.The patients in observation group were treated with the minimally invasive method,and the patients in control group were treated with conventional arc-incision drainage,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The difference between the postoperative anal sphincter and stincter of the anal sphincter in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The duration of the sphincter of the anal sphincter of the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Postoperative 6 d,the scores of pain points and anal penetration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the two groups,there was no statistical significance in the comparison of anal stenosis and incontinence(P > 0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive another way for the treatment of hanging line high horseshoe anal fistula has good clinical curative effect,less damage on the patients,at the same time of anus week organization has certain protective effect,and it’s beneficial to the patient’s rehabilitation,is worth popularizing in clinical application.更多还原
