【摘要】 目的探讨孕产妇信息管理系统对孕产检依从性影响及管理效能。方法我院2015年开始建立孕产妇信息管理系统,选择2015年6月~2016年10月收治的300例孕产妇作为观察组,选择2015年6~10月收治的300例孕产妇作为对照组,对照组采用常规方法进行管理;观察组采用孕产妇信息管理系统进行管理。比较两组依从性、管理效果及满意度。结果 (1)观察组干预后依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)观察组妊娠合并症检出率、定期产检率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)观察组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕产妇信息管理系统的建立有利于提高孕产妇产前体检的依从性,具有更为积极的管理效能,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of maternal information management system on pregnancy test compliance and management effectiveness. Methods Our hospital started to establish the maternal information management system in 2015, 300 pregnant women from June 2015 to October 2016 were treated as the observation group, 300 pregnant women from June 2015 to October 2015 were treated as the control group, The pregnant women of control group were controlled by conventional methods, the pregnant women of observation group were managed by the maternal information management system. The compliance, management effectiveness and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results(1) After intervention, the compliance of the observation group was better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)The detection rate of pregnancy complication and regular examination rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P < 0.05).(3) The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The establishment of the maternal information management system is conducive to the improvement of the compliance of the prenatal physical examination, and it has more positive management effectiveness and is worth promoting.更多还原
