【摘要】 目的探讨鼻饲护理在神经外科气管切开患者中的临床价值。方法回归性分析51例气管切开患者鼻饲护理资料,统计鼻饲插管结果和并发症。结果 50例(98.03%)鼻饲插管一次成功,1例(1.96%)二次插管成功;其中反流2例(3.92%),恶心、呕吐12例(23.53%),堵管1例(1.96%),非计划性拔管2例(3.92%),腹泻3例(5.88%)。结论通过采取积极有效的护理措施可以提高鼻饲成功率,减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of nasal feeding nursing in patients with tracheotomy in Department of neurosurgery. Methods The clinical data of 51 patients with tracheotomy were carried on regression analysis.Nasogastric intubation results and complications were statistically analyzed. Results There were 50 cases(98.03%) of first successful nasogastric intubation,1 cases(1.96%) of two times of successful intubation,of which,therer were 2 cases of reflux(3.92%),12 cases of nausea and vomiting(23.53%),1(1.96%) cases of plugging,unplanned extubation in 2 cases(3.92%),3 cases of diarrhea(5.88%). Conclusion The positive and effective nursing measures can improve the success rate of nasal feeding and reduce complications.更多还原
