【摘要】 目的本研究联合应用仙力素(头孢硫脒)和阿奇霉素对儿童下呼吸道感染进行治疗,并探讨其相比于二药单独应用的效果。方法选取我院2013年6月~2014年5月收治的儿童下呼吸道感染病例90例,按随机表法分为A、B、C三组,各30例,A组单纯给予仙力素静脉注射,B组单纯给予阿奇霉素口服,C组联合给予仙力素和阿奇霉素,用量较A、B组减半,比较三组临床疗效、细菌学疗效及不良反应。结果 A、B、C组临床治疗总有效率分别为80%、73.3%和96.7%,三组间数据比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.240,P<0.05)。A、B、C组细菌清除率分别为66.7%、60%和90%,三组间数据比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=7.422,P<0.05)。A、B、C组的不良反应率分别为20%、23.3%和0%,3组间数据比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=7.732,P<0.05)。结论仙力素联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童下呼吸道感染具有较高的疗效及安全性,二药联用具有药效的相互促进作用,同时用药量减半也可减轻各用药可能引发的不良反应,减轻或避免耐药性的发生,适用于临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore cephathiamidin cefathiamidine combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with lower respiratory tract infection,and compare the effect during using the two drugs singly. Methods 90 children with lower respiratory tract infection from June 2013 to May 2014 were divided into A,B,C three groups by random table method,each 30 cases.Group A were simply given intravenous immortal strength element,group B were simply given oral azithromycin,and group C were given cephathiamidin and azithromycin,but the dosage was decreased by half in group A and B.The clinical efficacy,bacteriological efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the 3 groups. Results The total clinical effective rate in group A,B,and C was 80%,73.3% and 96.7% respectively,and the difference of data between three groups was statistically significant(χ~2=6.240,P < 0.05).The bacterial clearance rate of group A,B and C was 66.7%,60% and 90% respectively,and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(χ~2=7.422,P < 0.05).The adverse reaction rates of group A,B and C were 20%,23.3% and 0,respectively,and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(χ~2=7.732,P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of cephathiamidin and azithromycin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection in children has high efficacy and safety.And the combination of two drugs has the mutual promoting effect.Meanwhile,half the dosage can reduce the possible adverse reactions caused by each medication,reduce or avoid the occurrence of drug resistance, suitable for clinical applications.更多还原
