【摘要】 目的对中药熏药治疗椎体成形术后残留腰痛的临床效果进行分析。方法将2015年2月~2017年1月椎体成形术后残留腰痛患者48例采用随机数字表法分两组。常规组采用常规术后药物治疗和康复锻炼,中药熏药组则在常规组的基础上给予中药熏药治疗。比较两组患者出院时残留腰痛缓解率;椎体成形术后残留腰痛缓解时间;治疗前和治疗后患者腰痛评分、腰椎功能障碍指数的差异。结果中药熏药组患者出院时残留腰痛缓解率和常规组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中药熏药组椎体成形术后残留腰痛缓解时间短于常规组(P<0.05);治疗前两组腰痛评分、腰椎功能障碍指数比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后中药熏药组腰痛评分、腰椎功能障碍指数改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论中药熏药治疗椎体成形术后残留腰痛的临床效果确切,可有效缓解患者腰痛,促进腰椎功能改善,缩短腰痛缓解时间,效果确切,具有操作方便性、安全性和经济性,可推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine smoldering on residual low back pain after vertebroplasty. Methods 48 cases of patients with low back pain after vertebroplasty were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Patients in routine group were treated with conventional postoperative drug treatment and rehabilitation exercise,and patients in Chinese medicine smoked drug group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine smoked drug treatment on the basis of routine grouop.The rate of residual low back pain after discharge;the time of residual lumbar pain relief after vertebroplasty;the difference of the low back pain score and the lumbar dysfunction index before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the rate of residual lumbar pain relief between the Chinese herb fumigation group and the conventional group(P > 0.05).The relieving time of residual lumbar pain after vertebroplasty was shorter in traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group than in routine group(P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the low back pain score and the lumbar dysfunction index(P > 0.05).After treatment,the score of lumbar pain and the index of lumbar dysfunction in traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group were greater(P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine smuggling therapy for low back pain after vertebroplasty is effective.It can alleviate the low back pain of the patients,improve the improvement of lumbar vertebrae, and shorten the time of relieving lumbar pain.It has the advantages of convenient operation, safety and economy.
