【摘要】 目的探讨膀胱癌患者围术期手术室护理安全干预效果。方法选择我院2014年1月~2016年12月收治入院的实施腹腔镜下根治性膀胱全切除-原位回肠新膀胱手术浸润性膀胱癌患者50例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组25例,对照组给予常规围手术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予全程护理安全干预,比较两组患者手术护理质量评分结果、护理风险发生率及患者满意度评分。结果观察组患者中非常满意15例,占60.0%,满意率100.0%,对照组患者中非常满意者13例,护理满意度76.0%,观察组护理满意度显著比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑评分、SF-36评分、依从性评分显著比对照组好,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率8.0%,对照组患者并发症发生率为32.0%,观察组明显低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年膀胱癌患者的临床特点,在手术护理过程中,要给予针对性护理干预,可有效避免护理风险,提高护理质量和患者满意度,为手术安全提供保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in perioperative nursing room of bladder cancer patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with invasive bladder cancer who underwent laparoscopic total cystectomy and primary nephrectomy were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups.In the 50 cases,the control group was given routine perioperative care.The observation group was given the whole nursing care intervention on the basis of the control group,and the results of the two groups were compared with the results of nursing care quality,nursing risk and patient satisfaction. Results The satisfaction rate of leukemia care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The scores of anxiety,SF-36 score and compliance were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Observation group 8.0% incidence of complications,the incidence of complications was 32.0% in the control group patients,observation group significantly lower than the control group,and compare the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In view of the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with bladder cancer,in the process of surgical care,to give targeted care intervention,which can effectively avoid the risk of care,improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction for the safety of surgery to provide protection.更多还原
